The founder, Amy B. Dumas’ prior experience includes various positions within the underwriting, due diligence and closing teams of three direct lenders, two investment advisers and one indirect lender, with exposure to almost ten institutional lenders during her 28 year career.  

From drafting term sheets to loan boarding, and everything in between, Amy has done it all. Because of her extensive experience, she understands the importance of all aspects of commercial real estate due diligence, and prides herself on accurate, expeditious and reliable deliverables to each and every client.
